Mechanical Puzzles and Magic Lot

The amazing impossible (almost) Golf Ball Sphere Mechanical Puzzle

Spectator is shown an impossible sculpture of a ball in the middle of 2 pieces of plastic. You take the sculpture out of view and disassemble it. Hand the spectator the silver ball ( or golf ball) and the 2 pieces and ask them to assemble it. Easier said than done. CD of instructions included. Very good condition. Makes a nice desk ornament and conversation starter.

See demo here:

Puzzling Chocolate Demo

An impossible puzzle that gives the impression of magic. You show a bar of Mini Chocolates with 70 pieces of chocolate. You remove one piece leaving 69. You then rearrange the pieces so it looks like you still have 70 pieces left -- an impossibility. But that is not all. You repeat the sequence two more times so a total of three pieces are removed and left in plain sight yet the chocolate bar is still complete with 70 countable pieces!

There is even a plastic frame included which fits snugly around the 70 piece puzzle both before and after the three pieces are removed.

This is basically Winston Freer’s Tile Puzzle that was designed by Albert Liao, Neo Chang and Wen Huang to be done with a plastic chocolate bar. Made in Taiwan. Comes complete.

►Includes downloadable English Instructions (pdf) and a link to a video tutorial.

Tenyo Sakkaku Scale Puzzle Demo
Invented by Toru Suzuki this is by far the most brilliant application of the "Boomerang Illusion (Jastrow Illusion)" ever created. It is an ideal item to carry around in your pocket or wallet and demonstrate for friends and clients during casual occasions.

As you talk about optical illusions you show three plastic strips. Two of the strips have cats printed on them and one has a ruler. Using the ruler you show that all are the same size. Then the cats appear to get shorter and longer and each time you use the ruler to show that they apparently did change in size. This looks so impossible that you will fool yourself every time you demonstrate it.

Comes complete with two plastic cat strips, a plastic ruler strip and a vinyl carrying case. Includes instructions in both English and Japanese.

Newton's Gravity Defying Puzzle.

It consists of a cup with a little cylinder that sits inside.

The goal is to remove the red cylinder without moving or touching the base or using tools.

Its solution is to blow air on the cylinder, causing it to jump out out of the cup.

Thinking Crow packing puzzle by Osanori Yamamoto

Fit the orange crow into the tray with the 3 other pieces. All 4 pieces must be flush. Very hard to find puzzle. And hard to figure out!

Spirit Nut & Skeleton Key Puzzle by Viking Magic

Spirit Nut Set: A brass nut is handed for inspection along with a length of cord. The spectator is asked to thread the nut on the cord, and then to hold both ends of the cord. It will now be seen that it would be impossible to remove the nut without letting go. But the magician can remove it.

Also a key with the nut trapped on it is handed to a spectator. Challenge is to remove it.
